Hey cats. I gotsa question. Mommy said it's 'flea season' for cats. Is that true?? I am always itching myself and rubbing against stuff and twitching.. do I have them? And what should I do if I do? Please let me know!!

By the way.. mommy babysat at my neighbors house and the cat in that house was REALLY mean she said. She came home hugging and kissing me about how "great" I was!!! I liked it alot! But she said the other cat hissed and scratched and bit her!! The little kids she was watching said that it got hit by a car when it was a baby and that's why it's mean.. I'm not sure that's the whole truth though.. I'm not sure. Who knows!

Any black cats out there? Are you gonna scare people on Halloween? I'm only half black.. then white.. so I don't think the whole "black cat" thing applies to me. Oh well!

Hey everyone! I'm back! I am SO sorry I haven't been on for awhile but a lot has happened! I'm done taking those medicines.. it was GROSS but I'm glad it's over now. Friday morning, around 5 am.. I heard my mom's mom yelling a word really loud.. "fire" I think. And then really, really loud noises starting going off.. it was a high beeping noise. It was really loud.. I ran down the steps and hid under a chair.. Mom came down to find me.. but couldn't so she ran back up. Mommy told me later that there was a fire in the bathroom upstairs! She wasn't worried about me b/c I was on the very bottom level and the fire was out by the time it got down there. She said there was alot more smoke damage than fire damage.. but it was pretty bad. I'm just glad she and everyone is okay! The first thing she did was ran down to get me!! Although the fire was no where near me. Mommy said that an electric cord sparked to the curtains and they caught on fire.. grandma smelled smoke and got grandpa to put it out..

So.. to continue that story.. there was a lot of people here yesterday.. People from the insurance co. sent them to clean the rooms upstairs.. but people also went in the basement so mommy and I were sitting in her bathroom for an hour.. then her room for a couple hours. She was laying on her back on her bed and I jumped on her tummy and fell asleep! Haha.. she felt bad so she let me stay. And I jumped on the windowsill and got dirty .

¿?Question for ya¿?.. does anyone know if fire alarms can damage cat's ears??? Or are we just scared of the noise??? B/c I did not like that one bit.

Hey Everyone! Sorry I haven't been on for awhile.. I haven't been feeling very well. I went to the V-E-T today..  Lots of sick dogs and cats there. Anyway.. last night my rectum was bleeding.. Yuck. They don't know why but now I'm on this GROSS liquid medicine. I don't like it AT ALL. I spit it all out. Mommy doesn't know how to keep it in my mouth.. it usually ends up on the floor or all over a paper towel she wipes my chin with. Does anyone know a better way to take it? I have a pill I have to take everyday b/c I have seizures (cat epilipsey i guess you could call it). So taking pills, I'm used to. It's the liquid I HATE! Anyway.. I'm just glad it's not real serious.. although.. it did cost mommy $65 for the meds.. . Oh well. She loves me enough!

Well.. sorry I haven't been updating lately, I'll try more now. I love you all! Mreow.

PS- is baby food okay for cats to eat? It's probably a dumb question. Like the turkey kind or chicken. I had it once or twice and I REALLY like it. But.. I don't know if it's okay for me. I'm just a young cat so it's good for me to know these things.. b/c I really don't! Alright! Bye!

Hello! Thank you all for the comments! It's good to be loved! The other day I explored the garage again.. that was fun. But mommy was mad because her dad left the garage door open so I could have ran away! But I didn't of course.  Last night.. mommy was doing "homework" on the floor. She had her English book open and notebook. I walked around for awhile then plopped right down onto of her book! It was comfy.. she felt bad so she didn't make me move! I was just trying to help her with English.. . She had my grammy come in so I guess I looked pretty cute! Hehe. Then mommy went downstairs and I followed her around for the rest of the night. She said she wants to get me a sister or brother but I DON'T like having them.. I'm a single cat. I doubt she'll get another one.. she knows I need all the attention.

Thanks Sierra for letting me know about the milk! I'll try to give it up for awhile hehe. Guess what.. I turned four on August 23! I'm an old lady! Mommy didn't know the exact date.. she didn't even know the year  but she called my old mommy (my aunt) to find out. It's been just about one year since I've been with my new mommy. So how is everyone??? Did anyone get hit with that "storm"? I hope they name one of those after me! "Hurricane Zoey" hehe. That'd be AWESOME!

Hey kitties and cats.. this is Katie, Zoey's mommy. She's sleeping.. shhhh.. although she does it ALL the time hehe. She's right under the piano bench in a little ball.. aww.. I want to go hold her but I don't want to wake her! So cute. I bet she's had a tiring day.. it doesn't seem easy being a cat. Well.. just wanted to stop by.. thanks for all the comments!
